Through a pool of global professional consultancies, GRAS is equipped to conduct independent mystery-shopping tasks and audit services/reporting on request. Such processes aim to evaluate various sets of competencies relevant to the category that the establishment is geared to project. To enhance and improve service offerings, spa operators may request related consultancy and training solutions following this process.
Armed with extensive audit and training experience, GRAS will launch its ratings (accreditation) scheme commencing 2010. Benchmarking of standards for spas and wellness centres based on criteria built upon stringent sets of evaluation and assessment will lend the ratings scheme the integrity that the industry is looking for. As a pioneer looking to institute a precedent, GRAS does not take lightly the task at hand. A ratings system properly in place, recognized and implemented provides an easy reference and becomes a reliable guide for both the industry as well as spa consumers.
