The submission fee is USD150 per category. For each round of purchase, regardless of number of categories you wish to select, there is a handling fee of USD35. Payment can be made via:

Submission fees are not refundable. The Crystal Awards secretariat is not liable for any erroneous entries. All entrants are responsible in ensuring that they fulfil the set criteria for any category entered. In the event of any disqualification, the secretariat shall bear no liability and will not entertain any refunds. There are however special cases for refund consideration as stated in FAQ #4 below.

There must be a minimum of three (3) entries for each category in order to generate a nominees list of that particular category. If this quorum is not met, the affected category shall be dismissed and entrants for that particular category shall be refunded.
