2. Purchase submission forms online.
3. You will receive a username and password via email.
4. Login to input your submission(s) by filling in the Submission Form(s).
5. You can save and return to the task of filling out the forms multiple times. However, you can only submit ONCE by clicking on the Submit button. Submission is considered final.

1. online credit card (1.5% transaction fee applies),
2. Malaysian Ringgit cheque/draft, or

Submission fees are not refundable. The Crystal Awards secretariat is not liable for any erroneous entries. All entrants are responsible in ensuring that they fulfil the set criteria for any category entered. In the event of any disqualification, the secretariat shall bear no liability and will not entertain any refunds. There are however special cases for refund consideration as stated in FAQ #4 below.
