Submission Fee

For each category, the submission fee is USD150 (one hundred and fifty US dollar). This is to support the cost of administering these quality-driven awards through a careful and stringent process. The Submission Fee is the same for all entrants and all categories, except for the “Peer-Nominated Distinguished Industry Leader” category which does not require any fees.
Online Submission Form

To participate, please fill in a Purchase Submission Form to pay a submission fee of USD150 for each category. Upon successful transaction, you will be assigned a user ID and password that you will use to input the Online Submission Forms for award categories that you choose to participate in. Please read and understand the Submissions Criteria for each category before filling in the online Submission Form.
Multiple Nominations

Entrants may submit applications for multiple award categories by selecting from the list displayed during the registration process.
The Submission Process

Upon registering for their chosen awards category, entrants go through an online submission process via a dedicated login environment. Here, they are asked to demonstrate how they meet the specified criteria along with supporting documents such as photographs and service menus to illustrate their unique position. All submissions are to be done via web browser and all answer inputs must be entered via the respective online submission forms for each category. An auto-generated email confirmation follows at the final stage of completed submission.
The Audit Process

Where applicable, entrants who pass the preliminary evaluation stage and qualify into the Nominees List will be audited in accordance to each category’s criteria. To facilitate such visits by our appointed audit personnel, all on-site expenses are to be extended on complimentary basis. The audit time frame however is limited to a maximum of four nights and a minimum of two nights.
Closing Date

The closing date for The Crystal Awards Asia Pacific 2011 submission is April 30, 2011.
Announcement of Winners

Results will be announced at The Crystal Awards Asia Pacific 2011 Evening on October 12, to be held in conjunction with the Wellness Summit 2011, Singapore.
Terms & Disclaimer
- All submissions are to be done online. If you choose to submit your reports, photographs or any other supporting documentation in hard copy, they will not be returned.
- Submission Fees are non-refundable.
- As part of the audit & assessment process, all short-listed nominees shall bear all on-site expenses and extend complimentary treatments to GRAS-appointed audit personnel in accordance to requirements that will be spelt out for each category.
- GRAS reserves the right not to give an award in a category if there are no suitable nominees.
