With the criteria clearly drawn out spa operators are able to choose more accurately the awards category/ies to enter that reflect their offerings and define their business goals and achievements.

The process of qualifying entrants for nomination in any award category is not influenced by anything other than the awards process itself. An entrant can only win if they have offered answers through the respective submission forms, each of which fulfils all criteria for that category, have passed the review by a panel of experts, properly assessed through an audit/inspection process, and gained the public vote.
