The Crystal Awards is an annual event organized by GRAS to honour and give due recognition to the crème de la crème of the spa and wellness industry. Awarding properties and individuals in various categories, the Awards endorse through a collective voice of leaders and experts in the industry the contributions that these properties and individuals make that enhance the industry, spearhead trends, change as well as exert an overall definition for the future direction of the industry.
The Crystal Awards were instituted with the underlying aim of educating spa consumers of the level of services and quality that they can expect from the industry. One of the main objectives of The Crystal Awards is to honour the best, irrespective of size. The perception that the bigger brands have an advantage is dispelled by a judging methodology which ensures entrants are evaluated on their merits and actual performance from a guest’s perspective.
